Welcome Bags

During the enrolment period The Students’ Union distributes a Freshers Welcome Bag to each new student which contains Freshers related information and samples.
 
A small number of commercial inserts are added to this bag each year. This early contact guarantees immediate impact and high levels of interest. Demand for this type of advertising is high so the number of inserts into the bag is strictly limited.
 
Leaflet insertion into Welcome Bag: £250.00 + VAT per 1,500 leaflets
   
 
Promotional items and samples can be placed in the Freshers Welcome Bag free of charge subject to them being considered suitable. The filling of these bags is carried out on-site and is closely supervised to ensure the highest quality standard for every bag.
 
The delivery deadline for Welcome Bag inserts is TBC.

Academic Year Planner

Our Academic Year Planner gives clients a permanent presence in the students day to day lives.  Often placed in communal areas, clients are likely to reach many more than one student per product unit.  This is a highly effective medium and provides a constant reminder to the students of your brand.
